Throughout civilization the circle has always been important….gathering in a circle, a perfect geometric form, allows us to look into
each other's eyes on an equal footing and encourages fairness, trust and collaboration. From the Latin word meaning a circle comes
our word circus: the place where creative games are performed and vital skills such as coordination, strength and balance are perfected.
In this course aimed at children between 5 and 10 years old, we will learn to express ourselves with our mind and our body using different
circus disciplines: acrobatics, acrobatic lifts, juggling, balancing...
Through physical conditioning, using playful and educational methodology, we will explore the power of teamwork for personal and collective development.

Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm
Dressmakers unite!  Professionals and non-professionals will come together to share tips and tricks of the needle and thread.
We will experiment with different textiles and textures and create our own designs. The best way to learn to sew is to be challenged by
fabrics and patterns.

Focusing on individualized use of the darkroom.
Working with analog technology is the best way to learn and understand the magic of photography. The Darkroom sessions will teach the
students individually how to develop rolls of film and make black-and-white paper prints.
There will be additional sessions to familiarize participants with more of the tools and techniques of photographic processes
