The physical and mental benefits of belly dance:
Apart from being an excellent physical workout that tones the body, belly dance works on the mind-body balance in a dynamic and enjoyable way, stimulates femininity and increases self-esteem.  As a cardiovascular exercise Oriental dance helps improve flexibility, strength and coordination, and is good way to lose weight and  improve posture. For pregnant women it is a great preparation for the birth, and allows them to recover their figures more quickly afterwards. Suitable for all ages and all body types.
