26 June: Sand animation workshop for children with Caroline Leaf
Suitable for children from 9 - 14, in 2-hour sessions
10 a.m. to 12 noon. Price: 10 €
12 noon to 2 p.m.. Price: 10 €
27, 28, 29 June: Three-day animation workshop with Caroline Leaf
For students (15 yrs +) and adults. 10:00 - 14:00 daily.
In this workshop, students will learn how to create a short script, storyboard it, and learn the techniques of animating with sand under the camera. Students will work in pairs and by the end of the workshop each pair of students will have produced a 1-minute film, which will be shown at the final screening.
The workshop is aimed at students, teachers and artists and presupposes some ability to draw.
At the end of the course, each student will receive a certificate of participation and a copy of their work on DVD.
Cost: 100 €
3) The same course will be given at the university (27,28,29), 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the department of Animation (Edificio de Informática). 100 €
