World Cookery Days - Saturday, November 24

Around the culinary world with Julio Felce:
First stop: Thailand

Learn the spices, the recipies, and how to cook them.
The course includes all ingredients, a designer apron, and lunch (which you will help to cook) with wine.
Future days scheduled between November and March will cover Japanese, Sechuan Chinese, Peru-Nikkei, Vegetarian, and Hindu cuisine.
