Live music - Dance NightIsland Monkey is the latest incarnation of singer-songwriter Arthur Vaughan Richards. Island Monkey music can best be defined through the term, "orishirishi" which means "all sorts of" in the language of the Yoruba of Nigeria. Arthur's personal background and experiences of Nigerian and British societies has always served as the basis for mixing "all sorts of" influences. This mixing is augmented through collaborating with talented musicians from various styles and countries. Island Monkey live performances showcase the energies released in these collaborations.
