• Tarte Tatin of apple, foie and sobrassada
• Salmon with crunchy Nori and ginger-soya-sauce
• Sorbet of pears and cava
• Fillet of Argentine beef roast in a crust of herbs with smoked chestnut purée and fresh garlic in pinot noir.
• Truffled Bonbon with orange mousse, Venezuelan chocolate sauce and 23 Carat gold.
• Cava and the good-luck grapes at midnight, with free entrance to the dance in Sa Nau.
