Piano Concert – Saturday, December 5

Virtuoso pianist Pervez Mody, born in Bombay, will present a program of Chopin, De Falla, Liszt, Mendelssohn, Scriabin and Villa Lobos in the Sa Taronja theatre. Famous for his insightful reading of Scriabin, his emotional interpretation of music and his mesmerizing stage presence, Mody has enthralled audiences in three continents. His exceptional musical talent brought him honors and prizes even before he began his studes as a scholarship student in Moscow's Tchaikovsky Conservatoire. Now based in Germany, he appears in concerts and festivals worldwide.
