MARMALADE DAY: there will be a marmelade day one a month until April, to use Sa Taronja's oranges and lemons.The first one is Sunday, January 17, when we will be making marmelade from sweet oranges. Participation cost is 5 euros (children free) and helpers go home with two pots of "bio" marmalade. You can come for part or all of the day. All ages welcome. Please bring pots!
11:00 - picking oranges
11:30 - squeezing and cutting
12:30 - 15:30: cooking the marmalade
15:30 - 16:30: filling the jars.
A light lunch will be available at 14:00
