For those who can't make it on Saturday night, remember that Limón y Chelo opens on Sunday at midday with a Jazz trio (and a warm fire)
and there will also be some wild mushroom dishes on the menu.

Aperitivo del Chef

Starters:
Creme of wild mushroom soup
Tasting-plate of various wild mushrooms
Wild mushroom and artichoke pie
Red peppers filled with yellow-foot chanterelles (cantarellus lutescens)
Octopus with wood-hedghog-mushroom vinaigrette (hydnum repandum)

Pastas:
Homemade mushroom pasta with a sauce of Grey Knights (tricholoma terreum)
Ravioli filled with "Esclatasangs" (Lactarius sangifluus) with a garlic-parsley sauce

Main dishes:
Aubergines stuffed with Trooping Mushrooms (Clitocybe geotropa)
Sole roulade with assorted wild mushrooms
Small squid stuffed with yellow-foot chanterelles (cantarellus lutescens), and a mango sauce
Pork tenderloin with a mustard crust and Trooping Mushrooms (Clitocybe geotropa) in Port wine

Desserts:
Tarte Tatin with apples and yellow-foot chanterelles, with ice cream
Chocolate mousse with a mandarine crème
Greek yogurt with red-fruits sauce, walnuts
