The International gastro-friendship night, round the table in Limón y Chelo. A chance to bend the ear of Sa Taronja's director and meet her special guests.
This week it's the French Michelin-star chef CHRISTOPHE DUFAU, whose restaurant "Les Bacchanales" is the toast of Vence (south of France). He is accompanied by his friend ESTY, the jewellery designer, whose work is inspired by the secrets of the Mediterranean Sea.
Come and join us in a Babel of languages (we can offer English, Spanish, French, Catalan, German and Danish... the Danish is Christophe's, learned during his long and passionate apprenticeship to Danish master-cook Jan Hurtikarl).
Christophe is coming not to cook but to enjoy something from Mariano's delicious menu… HOWEVER… it's hard to keep him away from the stove and he has promised to do one dish: it's likely to be a special starter, a fish or seafood surprise, fresh off the boats from the Port d'Andratx, accompanied by freshly-gathered sea-fennel in tempura. (It will be served at 8:30 p.m., cost: 10€ as a starter or 20€ as a main dish. To help us meet everybody's expectations, please RESERVE at 971 136 368.

The incomparable Mexican flamenco dancer is coming to Sa Taronja! She was chosen as Spain's representative for the last US flamenco tour of the prestigious "Casa Patas" from Madrid, and participated in Carlos Saura's latest film "Flamenco Flamenco". Accompanied by her 6-man band, her show will follow an opening act of a local Flamenco group, MANTANGAO.
