The International gastro-friendship night, round the table in Limón y Chelo. A chance to bend the ear of Sa Taronja's director and meet her special guests.
This week it's the French Michelin-star chef CHRISTOPHE DUFAU, whose restaurant "Les Bacchanales" is the toast of Vence (south of France). He is accompanied by his friend ESTY, the jewellery designer, whose work is inspired by the secrets of the Mediterranean Sea.

Christophe is coming not to cook but to enjoy something from Mariano's delicious menu… HOWEVER… it's hard to keep him away from the stove and he has promised to do one dish: it's likely to be a special starter, a fish or seafood surprise, fresh off the boats from the Port d'Andratx, accompanied by freshly-gathered sea-fennel in tempura.
