Lemon Day - Sunday, March 25

Sa Taronja's lemon trees (unsprayed - pure bio) are heavy with fruit and many hands are needed to help in the harvest. This year we are planning to make lemon marmalade, lemon curd, lemon chutney, salted lemons, and fresh citron pressé to make wonderful summer drinks.
Volunteers will take home fruit or products. We invite all Sa Taronja's members and friends to join us - if you have a favourite recipe you would like to share, send it in ahead of time.
Come with your friends and children (and glass jars or bottles) and make our first Lemon Day a success.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participation is free; snacks will be available at midday.
