MARMALADE DAY: we will be holding several such days this spring, to use Sa Taronja's oranges and lemons.The first one is Saturday, January 31st, when we will be making marmelade from sweet oranges. Participation cost is 5 euros (children free) and helpers go home with two pots of "bio" marmalade. You can come for part or all of the day. All ages welcome. Please bring pots!
10:30 - picking oranges
11:00 - squeezing and cutting
12:00 - 3 p.m.: cooking the marmalade
3p.m. - 4 p.m : filling the jars.
A light lunch will be available at 1:30
